  • You need access to the internet to download and save the files. An email with links to the files will be sent to your email address after purchase.  You will have 7 days and 2 attempts to download and save your files.  Open the email we send you and access the links using Google Chrome or another browser that allows you to download MP3s.  Some web browsers will play but not download MP3s.  Google Chrome is free if you need it.

  • Headphones will enhance your experience, particularly as each file has a gentle background of theta wave music to deepen your relaxation.

  • If you have access to a personal computer, you can download the files to your computer and then transfer the files to your other device e.g. smart phone or tablet. This is actually the easiest way to do it.

  • If you do not have access to a personal computer, and wish to download your products (MP3s and/or PDF documents) directly to your device, you may need one or more free apps.

  • For purchases that involve files provided in a zip folder, you will need a free zip extraction app.  Both Apple and Android stores provide a range of free zip extraction apps.  Some zip extraction apps also download and play MP3 files, as well as reading PDF documents.  Your files can be saved and accessed in the folder of this app.

  • For purchases of individual files, (i.e. not in a zip folder), you need to be able to download, save and play MP3 audio files.  You also need to read any accompanying PDF documents.

  • Android devices (phones and tablets) usually allow you to do this by just holding your finger on the file link for a few seconds and selecting the option to save the files to your device. These files may save to a Downloads folder or other folder of your choice.

  • If you use an Apple device, you may need to obtain a free app that allows you to download, save and play MP3s.  Again- many free MP3 downloader-apps are available from the Apple store.

  • Please remember that MP3 downloads may take several minutes for each recording, depending on your internet speed.

  • Once the files are downloaded, you don’t need the internet connection as they will be stored on your device.
